I've played guitar for 40 years merely ever steel cord. I wanted a classical but the nut on virtually classical guitars is ii inches. I tried ii other brands but the nut width was likewise wide. This guitar has a wonderful experience and sound to it and the askew arm residual is but gorgeous. The bass and treble balance on this Taylor is perfect and it is a great nylon add-on to my many steel strings. I would highly recommend for any playing level, and it's a STEAL at this price. Taylor fabricated a keeper for me.

Action is good just not too depression and select wood (Lutz spruce, sapele and mahogany) produce tones with impeccable intonation and articulation all along the fretboard.
