What Is Bone Broth?
Bone broth is a high-protein drink made with bones, vegetables, herbs and spices. It's richer than traditional broth and more akin to a stock due to its higher bone-to-liquid ratio, which imparts bolder taste and greater flavor. Bone broth is a simple way to add protein to your diet and is best enjoyed as a warm beverage. Just heat and sip! One cup of bone broth contains as much as 20 percent of your daily recommended amount of protein with only 50-60 calories per serving.

I love the convenience and taste of this brand. I've tried several other bone broths and the flavor does not compare. My family thought was crazy at first for drinking this but now they all have added this to their diets. I personally love the beef over the chicken but that is my preference. If you do liquid fasting these are a great way to lose weight. Don't be fooled by the small container because one will cut your hunger cravings and after few times drinking it, it will easily substitute a meal.Great calorie count on these also. I will definitely keep ordering based on price, flavor, easy availability, ease of packing for travel and help with my diet plan.

This is based on a small sample. I got this based on reading 'Deep Nutrition' By Dr. Catherine Shanahan" and decided to add it to my repertoire to reduce injuries from running and biking and to help my arm heal from surgery.
I heated my first cup up yesterday and find it similar to beef bouillon but not as salty. I will mix some bouillon and salt in with todays up
The packaging is nice and easy to handle/open.

I have tried several different brands of bone broth. Many were more expensive and in a fancy package. But none of them compare to the taste of this bone broth. It is by far my favorite.

Over the past couple of days I'd wondered what could possibly be making my home smell like a donkey's axx. Yes, that's what rotten chicken and cardboard smells like…
I had put this case in a closet sideways and was greeted with the pictures upon further inspection. The 'juice' seems to have seeped into the floorboards and discolored it. Here's hoping my landlord doesn't murder me!!…
The not ruined packages tastes pretty good though.

Quick, easy, and healthy! Tastes good in my book, but I'm sure you can easily add some spices if you want. I sometimes add a can of mixed veggies to get some fiber. Also mixed with sauces for some extra protein and hubby didn't know! 😉
cons – wish it was in a jar and larger amount for the price
will buy again though!
Conclusion
Bone-rich broth is a savory, comforting and high-protein drink made from real bones, vegetables, herbs and spices. Chock-full of protein, bone broth is delicious as a warm beverage.
